Franklin Nunez Diaz was born in Bonao, Monsignor Nouel province, on 4 December 1965. He had his training in the town of Pimentel, from an early age showed a great inclination towards painting and drawing, in the year 1979 while studying the 6th. Year of primary moves to the city of Moca, Espaillat Province where he joined the School of Fine Arts in this city, but then becoming one of the most outstanding students of students of first, second and third level.
